Amy Cunningham is the founder of CSA. Amy has a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas Health Science Center and is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She continues to be integrally involved in all aspects of the school, and serves as President of the Board of Directors.
Jeannette Young is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. She has been with CSA since 1991. Jeannette has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center.
Ysidra Williams is the Assistant Director - School Age unit. Ysidra has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and was a lead therapist at CSA for nine years. Ysidra is a current member of the Board of Directors.
Karen Bodden is the Assistant Director - Pre-School unit. Karen graduated from UT Austin with a Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Karen previously worked at CSA as lead for Language Stimulation, Level 1, Level 2, co-teacher for Level 5/6, and summer camp lead teacher. She has also worked as an SLP in the public school system and in private practice.
Rob Hoffman is the Business Manager. Rob is a long-time friend of Capitol School who joined the staff in May 2005. Rob has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, ten years of corporate experience, and five years of experience in elementary education.
Tami Leeper is the Office Manager and Fundraising Coordinator. Tami is a former Capitol School parent who has stayed actively involved in development activities and facilities management at Capitol School for many years.
