Capitol School’s Booster Club membership is open to all parents and guardians of CSA students. Goals of our Booster Club include 100% involvement in supporting the students and faculty of CSA with fundraising and volunteer assistance.
Members vote on how Booster Club fundraising dollars are used. Membership and/or donations can be made at any time during the school calendar year. We invite all families to get involved!
There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities - see below. We understand that some parents can’t volunteer and prefer to support the school’s goals financially*. Use the check list on the membership form to designate how you’d like your donation of time and/or money to be used. Your input is always welcomed!
The club encourages all families and friends of Capitol School to collect Boxtops for Education and to designate CSA as their preferred charity at Randall's, Target, United Way, Amazon.com, and Soup Peddler. For more information, click Easy Fundraisers. We also recycle your empty printer cartridges and used cell phones. Just drop them in the box in the main hallway and help raise funds for CSA.

Booster Club Projects
Each year, the club supports Capitol School by funding a range of projects, including those requested by school administrators (Music Therapy and Cookie Basket Programs), teacher appreciation events, and purchasing school, classroom, and parent-requested wish list items. Last year, the major club expenditures were as follows.

Teacher Appreciation - "Teacher Tuesdays" are held once per month and typically include breakfast or lunch for staff.
Wish List - As a non-profit program, Capitol School has on-going need for items that are not in the annual operating budget. Please see our wish list to the left and let us know if you can support the school with an in-kind donation of one of these items or a cash donation toward the purchase of these items.
Music Program - each year, the club raises funds to cover 50% of the music therapy program. The list of club fundraisers follows.
To support any Booster Club project or the Booster Club in general, please contact the school office at (512) 467-7006.
Booster Club Fundraisers
The primary fundraisers are the fall Sally Foster gift wrap sale, the holiday poinsettia sale, and the spring geranium sale. Most years, the club tries one new sale; this year the club also held a cookie dough sale. While the Sally Foster sale has finished, you can continue to order online at sallyfoster.com using Capitol School's account number 565908 and we will receive 40% of sales.

Note: "Dues" also includes donations to the Booster Club.
The club encourages all families and friends of Capitol School to collect Boxtops for Education and to designate CSA as their preferred charity at Randall's, Target, United Way, Amazon.com, and Soup Peddler. For more information, click Easy Fundraisers.
